LOCAL C.A.F.E. IOWA CAN COALITIONS
C.A.F.E. IOWA CAN was formed by Iowa communities who had either passed a smokefree ordinance or were preparing to introduce a smokefree ordinance. These communities are conducting a grassroots campaign to restore local control on clean indoor air.
